- Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

- Legal obligation – we have to collect or use your information so we can comply with the law. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to erasure, the right to object and the right to data portability.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required to do so by law. We will not use your personal information for direct advertising.
Where we get personal information from
Directly from you, for example via the contact form on our website, through email, social media messaging, or any other communication you may send us.
How long we keep information
We will ensure the minimal amount of personal data we hold is kept secure and that it is held for no longer than necessary. We will retain the minimum amount of information to fulfil our statutory obligations and the provision of our services – as required by data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For tax purposes the law requires us to keep basic information about our clients (including contact, financial and transaction data) for six years after they stop being clients.
When the personal data we hold is no longer required, it will be deleted. We have no paper records.
